This is the ideal Hors D'oeuvre when you want your guests to eat something filling, and delicious, that feels high end that will melt in their mouth without needing to have a full sit-down type of meal.
Can be done in a station or can be passed. We complement the tenderloin with one of our signature sauces: Bernaise, Chimichurri, Spicy Chimichurri, Grilled Garlic or Roasted Sesame Sauce.

Priced per order, will arrive prepped and ready to finish at the destination. Labor and serving are not included. Plated meals require 1 Server per 10 Guests and Station/Buffet requires 1 Server per 30 guests. Get The Cook service personnel are required for all receptions and hospital functions.
