Sausage Platter

The Sausage Platter is a staple at any parrillada and it is one of the most popular appetizers at our steakhouses. Why? it's just delicious and from a value for money perspective it is simply amazing.

Each platter brings a mix of popular sausages: Chorizo, Linguiza, Chistorra with a bit of bread and some chimichurri. You can also add blood sausage.

Plating: Discretionary.

Recommended Addons: Salad for those who want something less fatty / heavy. As a second plate... beef of course!

Priced per order, will arrive prepped and ready to finish at the destination. Labor and serving-ware not included.  Plated meals require 1 Server per 10 Guests and Station/Buffets require 1 Server per 30 guests. Get The Cook service personnel are required for all receptions and hospital functions.
