Our chef at The Wagyu Bar came up with a variation to the traditional Pulpo a la Gallega that we love. We are still talking delicious Spanish Octopus on top of potatoes... but we added a lot of taste by putting thinly sliced Spanish Octopus on top of fries with a delicious Aioli sauce. Sounds delicious? It is.
The result is a dish that is both rustic and elegant, with the smoky flavor of paprika perfectly complementing the delicate taste of the octopus.
