Everyone loves Prime Rib. It is known as the king of roasts. How could it not? It is a whole Ribeye Muscle cooked to perfection so that it can be carved to the delight of your guests.
The Prime Rib primal cut is where we find the most tender, flavorful, and desirable steaks in a steer/cow. In layman's words, the Prime Rib is where the flavor is at. The Prime Rib is the undisputed KING of large cuts of beef.
The key to a proper Prime Rib station is using the right Prime Rib, and of course, we use the Prime Rib from our sister company Meat N' Bone. In fact, we use ANY of their Prime Ribs as they offer 5 different grades.
Priced per order, will arrive prepped and ready to be finished at the destination. Labor and serving-ware not included. Plated meals require 1 Server per 10 Guests and Station/Buffets require 1 Server per 30 guests. Get The Cook service personnel are required for all receptions and hospital functions.
