We make beef tartar using Japanese Olive Wagyu Beef and it is delicious. This is not your traditional Wagyu Beef Tartar (which we can make if you prefer) but it is made using the highest quality of beef.
It is served on a bed of avocado, a quail egg on top.
This is a high-end appetizer and very popular.

Priced per order, will arrive prepped and ready to finish at the destination. Labor and serving-ware not included. Plated meals require 1 Server per 10 Guests and Station/Buffets require 1 Server per 30 guests. Get The Cook service personnel are required for all receptions and hospital functions.
