Smoked Salmon Bites | 20 Pieces

 Our corporate chef developed these delicious bites for an event for the president of one of Italy's finest coffee companies.  We used smoked Ora King Salmon. It is a delicious cocktail-style appetizer, probably more suited for breakfast or brunch-type menu.. but hey, the great thing about adulthood is having ice cream for breakfast!

Priced per order, will arrive prepped and ready to finish at the destination. Labor and serving-ware not included.  Plated meals require 1 Server per 10 Guests and Station/Buffets require 1 Server per 30 guests. Get The Cook service personnel are required for all receptions and hospital functions.
