Our Gourmet Chorizos or "Choris" (the street name for Argentinian sausages) are one of the most versatile meals you will ever find. They are made with 100% pork, garlic, and white wine in a natural pork casing. 

This choris will be grilled and inside a french baguette, with lettuce, tomato, chimichurri and mayo... just like they do in Argentina.
