The Caprese Salad is a good way to start or complement pretty much any meal.  When it comes to Caprese salad... we keep it simple: Fresh Ripe Tomatoes,  Aromatic Basil, Venta del Baron Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar Reduction, Grinder Pepper, Sea Salt, and of course Buffalo Mozzarella.
