Our beef Nigiris are some of the most popular hors d'oeuvres in the market and a staple on most high-end dinners and were popularized at The Wagyu Bar in Miami, FL. People will make lines for a nigiri.
They are a bite-size rectangular mound of rice topped with beef, sesame seeds and our special sauce. We use two types of beef for our Nigiris: A5 Miyazaki-Gyu Japanese Wagyu Sirloin or G1 Certified USDA Choice Sirloin.
- Miyazaki-Gyu A5 Beef: This is the real deal, not only authentic Japanse Wagyu, but the best brand of Japanese Wagyu A5.

G1 Certified Beef: Not as high-end, but still makes for an incredible appetizer.

Equipment Required: Torch
Plating: Not-required. Finger food, can be passed around on a tray or disposable.
Recommended Addons: Salmon nigiris require the same equipment and make for a great combination for those who do not like or eat beef.
Priced per order, will arrive prepped and ready to finish at the destination. Labor and serving-ware not included. Plated meals require 1 Server per 10 Guests and Station/Buffets require 1 Server per 30 guests. Get The Cook service personnel are required for all receptions and hospital functions.
